David Forsythe

David Forsythe has a diverse work experience with a strong background in project management and information technology. David has worked at various companies in the private and public sectors.

Starting in 1997, Forsythe worked at Fannie Mae as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Lead Developer until 2008. David then transitioned to the role of Information Systems Architect until 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Forsythe worked at CACI International Inc as a Project Manager.

Next, they joined VSolvit in 2013 as a Project Manager, responsible for Enterprise Geospatial Information Systems (eGIS) software development, data architecture, and operational support for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. David stayed with the company until 2017.

In 2017, Forsythe worked at Insignia Technology Services, LLC as a Project Manager, managing all aspects of Information Technology for the Office of Inspector General of a cabinet-level federal agency.

Later in 2017, they moved to Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc. (ProSphere) as a Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of Information Technology for the Office of Inspector General of a cabinet-level federal agency.

Their most recent role is with Artemis Consulting, Inc. where they started in May 2018 as a Senior Program Manager. David served as the Deputy IDIQ Program Manager and Technical Architect for multiple IT contracts with the US Library of Congress. David led a team of analysts and developers, providing strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and customer contact. David was also responsible for software design, documentation, and quantitative evaluation of Project Management through metrics. Furthermore, in August 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director at the company.
