Alec Sherman

Alec Sherman has a diverse work experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Alec is currently working as a Vice President at Artemis Real Estate Partners since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Director of Asset Management at TBC Hotels from April 2019 to May 2021, where they oversaw the performance of five properties and developed strategic plans to drive target cash-on-cash returns. From September 2015 to April 2019, Alec worked as an Asset Manager - Hotel Division at The Bernstein Companies. Before that, they served as a Senior Analyst/Analyst/Summer Associate at Hersha Hospitality Trust from June 2013 to August 2015, where they assisted the CFO with refinancing and asset managed a boutique hotel.
