Josh Cohen

Josh Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Josh is currently a Vice President at Artemis Real Estate Partners since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bulfinch from 2015 to 2022, holding roles such as Assistant Vice President, Investments, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Investment Sales Analyst at HFF. Josh also gained experience as an Intern at Eleven Canterbury, LLC from 2012 to 2014 and as a Summer Analyst at Rutter Associates in 2013. Additionally, they were a Wealth Management Intern at UBS in 2012.

Josh Cohen attended Bucknell University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
