Artera Technologies
Rogene M. has over nine years of work experience, with their most recent position being as a Team Lead Embedded CNO Software Engineer at Artera Technologies. In this role, they coordinated with customers and management to develop and deliver software products quarterly, improved network tool reliability across limited network connections, and integrated existing software to reduce complexity in release schedules.
Prior to their position at Artera Technologies, Rogene worked for the National Security Agency for three years as a Software Developer. Their responsibilities included developing network packet analyzing software, integrating static and dynamic analysis tools into the software development cycle, and creating software that allowed multiple programs to start on Linux, FreeBSD, and MacOS systems without a user’s knowledge.
Before joining the Software Developer team, Rogene worked with the same agency as a Microelectronics Analyst in 2014. In this role, they specialized in analyzing defected integrated circuits and creating reports on the root cause of the failure and preventative actions to improve product design and manufacturer processes.
Moreover, in 2012, Rogene started their career as a Junior Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. In this role, they developed programs and scripts that optimized operational team members’ performance by reducing time spent recording data logs and eliminating human error by analyzing spacecraft data to find trends across large datasets.
Rogene M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Capitol Technology University in 2016. In 2011, they obtained the CompTIA A+ CE Certification from CompTIA. Rogene later went on to earn a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Capitol Technology University between the years 2016 and 2018.
