Rogene M. has over nine years of work experience, with their most recent position being as a Team Lead Embedded CNO Software Engineer at Artera Technologies. Moreover, in 2012, Rogene started their career as a Junior Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. In this role, they developed programs and scripts that optimized operational team members’ performance by reducing time spent recording data logs and eliminating human error by analyzing spacecraft data to find trends across large datasets.

Rogene later went on to earn a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Capitol Technology University between the years 2016 and 2018.
