Melanie Nealis

With 25 years of experience, Melanie joined Artera Services in February 2022 as Chief Legal Officer & Secretary. Before joining Artera, Melanie served as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Secretary for Helios Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: HLIO) since 2018, where she was responsible for all of the legal and compliance activities of the enterprise globally. Melanie has also served as Deputy General Counsel with Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:ROP) and Sr. Corporate Counsel at Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ:NDSN). She began her legal career in private practice at the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP. Melanie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
