Michelle brings over 20 years of human resources experience, driving the development and implementation of innovative people strategies across private and public sectors. Before joining the Artera team in October 2020, Michelle came from Keurig Dr Pepper, HD Supply, and Georgia Power Company with a proven track record of building effective teams and influencing culture change. Michelle graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Marketing Communications and from the University of West Florida with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Org. Development Leadership.
