Amadies Sun

Amadies Sun is a highly experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, currently serving as a Staff CAE at Arteris IP since June 2019, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining UVM testbench regression QA and creating testbench solutions for customers. Prior to this role, Amadies held the position of Senior Staff Applications and Product Engineer at Synopsys, specializing in VCS/Verdi products with notable expertise and leadership. Previous experience includes directing the CAE team at SpringSoft, designing audio controller chips at Fortemedia, and contributing to ASIC design and verification at companies such as S3, Opti, and MediaChips. Amadies began a career in communication systems with the Republic of China Air Force, and holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in Taiwan.
