Nidhi Agrawal

Nidhi Agrawal is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Arteris IP since May 2022, Nidhi previously held the position of Manager in Technical Accounting at Connor Group from July 2014 to May 2022 and worked as an Experienced Associate in Assurance at PwC from September 2011 to July 2014. Nidhi's expertise includes revenue recognition, internal controls testing under Sarbanes-Oxley, and financial statement audits for publicly traded companies. Nidhi has a strong educational background with an MBA in Finance and a Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency from Santa Clara University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
