Leonid Zhurzha

Leonid Zhurzha is a Human Resources Specialist at Arterium since May 2023, previously serving as the Head of Recruitment and Onboarding at CJSC "Insurance Company "PROVIDNA"​ from December 2019 to April 2023. In that role, Leonid managed the full-cycle recruitment process, facilitated onboarding and adaptation of new team members, conducted various reviews and team-building activities, and focused on retention strategies. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Generalist at ЖИЛЕНКОВ-ТРЕЙД from March 2018 to December 2019, and as an HR Manager at Генстар from May 2017 to October 2017. Leonid holds a degree from the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit.
