Aaron Lutkin

Aaron Lutkin currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance at Roosevelt Road Re Ltd. since 2024. Previously, Aaron held the role of Head of Compliance and MLRO at Artex Risk Solutions from 2020 to 2024. Aaron's experience includes a decade of consulting and management roles within The Government of Bermuda, as well as operations management at W.P. Stewart and its subsidiary, Chelston Estates Ltd. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales, a Master of Science from the University of Essex, and a Bachelor's Degree in General Horticulture with Honors from Writtle University College, where Aaron also obtained diplomas in Land Based Studies.
