Liam Loughran

Liam Loughran is an experienced general manager currently serving as the General Manager of The Audley Public House at Artfarm since October 2023. Prior to this role, Liam held the position of General Manager at Buckle & Vaughan from July 2020 to October 2023. Additionally, Liam worked as Operations Manager at Cook Brothers Bars from September 2016 to March 2020, overseeing operations for multiple dining establishments, including four all-day dining restaurants and a fine dining steakhouse. Furthermore, Liam took on various general management roles in a three-month fixed-term capacity during the Christmas period at La Zeppa and The Glass Goose. Earlier in the career, Liam served as the North Island Hiring Manager, focusing on recruitment for restaurant positions across six venues, and as Bar Manager at Freeman & Grey.
