Aulia Rahmah has held a variety of roles in the marketing and business development field since 2005. aulia began their career at PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) as a Product & Planning Marketing Supervisor, where they were responsible for creating marketing programs, inviting dealers and companies to make deals, and preparing presentations. aulia then moved on to become an Area Marketing & Sales Supervisor, controlling market share and handling 40 branches across Java, Sumatera, and Sulawesi. After that, they were an Area Marketing Controller, supporting the market activity and handling 30 branches in Sumatera. aulia then moved on to Standart Chartered Bank as a Sales Marketing Executive. In 2015, they joined PT San'z Permata Property as a Senior Marketing Executive, where they were responsible for coordinating with marketing suppliers, reviewing marketing budgets, preparing sales reports, managing and maintaining website updates, and more. Finally, in 2019, they joined Artha Solutions Indonesia as a Senior Business Development Executive.

Aulia Rahmah completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the State Polytechnic of Jakarta (Polytechnic UI (University of Indonesia)) between 2001 and 2004. aulia then went on to complete their Master's Degree in Economic & Business from Mercu Buana Majoring between 2010 and 2013.
