Laura Mcglynn

Laura Mcglynn has over seven years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. From 2022 to present, they have worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DISH Network, where they have built a pipeline of talent through strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sources. Laura has also interacted with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, crafted and sent recruiting emails, coordinated with hiring managers to determine position requirements, and identified qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Artha Solutions as a Recruiter/Account Manager and Client Solutions Specialist. In their roles, they drove new business opportunities by developing, qualifying, and managing net new opportunities, proactively interfaced with clients and prospects via telephone and email, and educated customers on the benefits of advanced analytics related to business strategy and technology implementation.
