Raghuram Avadhanam

Raghuram Avadhanam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and consulting firms. Currently serving as the Country Head of India and Global Delivery Head at Artha Solutions since May 2025, Raghuram is instrumental in driving business growth both in India and on a global scale. Previously, Raghuram held several significant positions at Wipro from April 2018 to May 2025, including Head of Digital BU Delivery Transformation for Europe, where Raghuram delivered numerous use cases and proofs of concept, and COO for a large $230 million account, ensuring operational excellence. Raghuram also led a major digital transformation for a UK Bank while at Wipro. Earlier roles include establishing global alliances at L&T Technology Services and managing the Oil & Gas vertical at Larsen & Toubro Technology Services. Raghuram's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology and a Master's Diploma in Global Strategic Management from ICFAI.
