Utkarsh Joshi

Utkarsh Joshi currently serves as an Associate Researcher in Talent Acquisition at Arthan, focusing on researching, interviewing, and recruiting professionals within the impact sector since May 2024. Prior to this role, Utkarsh worked as a Fellow Advisor and Teaching Fellow at Teach For India from June 2022 to May 2024. Additionally, Utkarsh was the Teacher-in-charge for the Connections India Youth Festival 2024, collaborating with Teach For India, National Theatre UK, and the National Centre for the Performing Arts from August 2023 to January 2024. In the summer of 2023, Utkarsh facilitated masterclasses for student journalists at Via News Didi, enhancing their media literacy and soft skills. Earlier experiences include a content writing internship at Edustoke and an internship at the Centre of Excellence at RVCE. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Acharya Institute Of Technology, and has completed education at Kumaran's PU College and Oxford English School.
