Ralph Segreti

Ralph Segreti is the current Chief Revenue Officer at Arthena. Prior to this, they worked at Barclays Investment Bank for 22 years, holding various positions such as Associate Director, Managing Director, and Head of the Product Governance Team. Ralph was also the Pan-Markets Brexit Lead and Accountable Executive Responsible for implementation of multiple elements of MIFID II (Product Governance, Inducements, Conflicts of Interest, Suitability of Appropriateness, Client Categorizations, Terms of Business repapering, Costs & Charges (Day 2)), MAR, PRIIPS (co-AE). Segreti has also worked at Deutsche Bank as a Director and Senior Trader.

Ralph Segreti has a Master of Science in Financial Markets and Trading (Quantitative Finance) from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General from Lake Forest College.

They are on a team with Conrad Hess - VP, Engineering, Paulina Amato - VP, Operations. Their manager is Madelaine D'Angelo, Founder & CEO.
