Rachael Elks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and optimization within the orthopedic industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Optimization at Arthrex by Piedmont+ since July 2022, Rachael previously held various roles at SouthTech Orthopedics, including Business Development, Logistics and Sales Support Manager, and Director of Sales Ops & Strategy from 2006 to 2022. Rachael's expertise encompasses contracts, hiring, sales reporting, business strategy, and executive onboarding and education. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2006.
