Douglas Royer

Douglas Royer currently serves as the SAP COE Manager for Logistics Applications at Arthrex since May 2024. Previously, Royer amassed extensive experience at The Schaeffler Group from January 2011 to May 2023, where roles included Manager of Business Application Management Production and Support, as well as Senior Business Analyst focusing on SAP MM, WM, and PP. Prior to that, from September 2004 to January 2011, Royer was involved in SAP Systems Support at Atotech USA Inc., covering multiple modules and configuration management. Additional roles at Atotech included Inventory Control and Logistics Manager and Supervisor Systems Support. Royer began a career in system support at Chemcut (Atotech) from 1987 to 1995. Educational credentials include a BSB/M in Business Management and an AAISIT in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, alongside studies at Penn State University.
