Janet Chow

Janet Chow has over a decade of experience in software development and project management, with a notable tenure at Arthrex as a Software Development Program Manager from July 2015 to July 2020, where Janet focused on empowering team members through servant leadership. Prior to this, Janet served as a Scrum Master, promoting Agile practices across the organization. At The College Board from December 2011 to March 2015, Janet held roles as Senior Release Manager and Site Optimization Manager/Project Manager, overseeing production releases and managing cross-functional teams. Additional experience includes project management roles at CARFAX and Greenfield Belser, where Janet led B2B project execution and managed web development teams respectively. Janet holds a B.A. in International Relations from George Mason University.
