Jon Walter

Jon Walter, CFE, currently serves as the Manager of Compliance Audit for Arthrex, where responsibilities include planning and executing compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the corporate compliance program. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Compliance Risk Management Officer at Citi, focusing on developing strategies to prevent legal violations and enhancing risk management frameworks. Jon also gained significant experience at Stryker, serving as the Manager of Global Compliance Monitoring and previously in project management roles. Earlier career experiences include supervisory positions at American Woodmark and military service as a Soldier in the U.S. Army, with a focus on operations within the Military Police Corps. Jon holds an MBA in Integrative Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
