Marco Baltero

Marco Baltero possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering within the medical devices sector. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Arthrex since March 2017, Marco previously held the role of Director of Quality at JC Medical, Inc., where an integrated Quality System for US-China operations of a Class III medical device was implemented. Additional experience includes positions as Sr QA Manager at Direct Flow Medical®, and Manager of Quality Engineering at Medtronic, where strategic development for the Quality Engineering Department was a key focus. Marco’s early career includes roles at Honeywell Inc., Summit Research Corporation, and a Naval Submarine Officer position with the US Navy. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.S. in Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
