Michael Williamson

Michael Williamson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Arthrex since 2015, Michael leads a team of around 30 engineers, focusing on new product development and improving operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Supply Chain Manager at Arthrex, where Michael developed and executed business strategies for Total Joint operations, and Director of Procurement at Milwaukee Electric Tool, overseeing a $150M annual spend. Michael's career began at GE Healthcare, where leadership included managing a $250M medical device manufacturing facility and driving strategic initiatives in sales and operations planning. Michael holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
