Marcus McCoy

Marcus McCoy has extensive experience in IT support and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at the Arthritis Foundation since August 2021, Marcus is responsible for managing ticket resolutions and troubleshooting both software and hardware. Previously, Marcus worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a Technician Specialist and an Information Technology Intern, with responsibilities that included handling networking and coding tasks. Marcus's early career includes roles as an Assistant Manager at Sweet Creams & Coffee and a Seasonal Sales Associate at Krispy Kreme, where exceptional customer service and fostering a customer-oriented atmosphere were key contributions. Marcus holds an education from Year Up United, completed in 2018.
