Nancy Sorbella

Nancy Sorbella has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nancy currently serves as a member of the Customer Experience Advisory Board at Ithaca College. Prior to this, they worked as the Community Engagement Director for the Arthritis Foundation, where they developed and maintained partnerships to support the organization's mission in the New York market.

Nancy has also had extensive experience with media and publishing companies. Nancy held multiple roles at Halston Media, LLC and Halston Media Group, including Associate Publisher, Business Development Manager, Columnist, and Special Projects Consultant. In these positions, they cultivated business relationships and created community content.

Earlier in their career, Nancy served as the Vice President of New Business Development at The Fidelis Group, Inc., specializing in account acquisition and management. Nancy also held leadership positions at List Services Corp, True North Data Services, Walter Karl, and List Maintenance Corp, where they focused on business development, client acquisition, and marketing.

Nancy Sorbella earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the State University of New York Cortland. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership at Western Governors University, with expected completion between 2021 and 2023. Nancy also holds additional certifications as an Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Certified Leader, obtained from the Arthritis Foundation in February 2021, and as a COVID-19 Contact Tracing professional, obtained from The Johns Hopkins University in September 2020.
