ArtHub.ie was founded with an aim to promote and encourage discussion about the Arts in Ireland through the use of on-line platforms and social media.

The Arts community in Ireland is very much alive and kicking, with countless companies, organisations, collectives and individuals working endlessly to enrich Irish society through their own creativity. Whether we realise it or not, we engage with these people and their work on a daily basis as they bring their ideas and creations to our city streets, galleries, theatres and beyond.

This interaction with the arts has also found a suitable home on the internet with everyone from artists and authors, to arts enthusiasts and critics using blogging websites and social networks as a platform on which to express their views on the ongoing development of the arts in this country.

The internet is practically buzzing with discussion and opinion. Yet, as is always the case, if everyone speaks at once nobody is going be heard.
