Reginald Vaughn

Reginald Vaughn has over 15 years of experience in the field of business development and capture. In 2005, they began their career as a Federal Sales Manager at TelCove, where they managed 30 local sales reps and sold telecommunication services to Federal and local government agencies. In 2006, they moved to JANUS Associates as a Manager of Business Development, where they identified and developed new business opportunities and grew current accounts through the sale of Professional and data security services to Federal and local government agencies. In 2008, they became an Independent Contractor as a Business Development Consultant. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Business Development Lead/Capture Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology, where they were responsible for developing long-range objectives and strategic plans for assigned business unit. From 2011 to 2018, they held various roles at TTI, Magadia Consulting, Inc., and Peraton, including Vice President Federal Accounts, Business Development Executive Leader, and Senior Vice President Business Development. In 2022, they joined JMA Resources, Inc. as a Senior Vice President of Business Development, where they were responsible for defining the strategy and go-forward business plan for the Federal government and SLED markets. Currently, they are employed at Arthur Grand Technologies as a Sr. Vice President BD/Capture, where they serve as a member of the senior leadership team to drive growth strategy and contribute to prioritization, corporate strategic planning, and goal setting.

Reginald Vaughn attended Howard University from 1982 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
