Shaji Nair

Shaji Nair has had a diverse career in the technology industry. In 2023, they founded and became the CEO of Yoga by Kalari, a community of experts that promote the benefits of Yoga and Meditation. In 2020, they became the CEO of My Helse Inc, a company that is transforming healthcare by empowering patients with secure personal health data. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Arthur Grand Technologies, a woman-owned technology product development and consulting company. In 2020, they became a Partner at Global Institute for IT Management, a company that provides technology consulting services to the federal government. In 2021, they became an Agile Transformation Consultant at WellMed Medical Management. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Agile Consultant at Fannie Mae. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Board Advisor at MSA Resources. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Rishi Media L.L.C. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Co-Chair of the Seed Accelerator Program at the National Minority Technology Council. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Product Owner at the USPTO.

Shaji Nair holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharathiar University. Shaji also holds two certifications: a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in August 2016, and a SAFe 4 Certified Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in May 2017.
