Vijaya Kumar

Vijaya Kumar has worked in the IT industry since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a GIS Engineer at DSM SOFT PVT LTD. In 2015, they joined VDart Inc as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for gathering requirements from the client and closing them successfully. Vijaya was also involved in the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to salary negotiations. Vijaya was later promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Arthur Grand Technologies as an Account Lead - Recruitment, where they were responsible for deploying IT Resources for Commercial and Federal Clients. Vijaya also managed a staff of Internet researchers/sourcers and built a personal database of 2M+ contacts. Vijaya was later promoted to Senior Team Lead, where they were responsible for focused strategy planning, execution, measurement, training, and more.

Vijaya Kumar completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from BISHOP HEBER COLLEGE between 2005 and 2008. Vijaya then went on to pursue a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Programming, Specific Applications at St. Joseph's College Of Engineering between 2008 and 2011.
