Ashley McFarlane

Ashley McFarlane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic development, talent management, and sales enablement. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Gallagher since October 2019, Ashley previously held the position of Director of Strategic Development at Canada Life, contributing to the sales and technical development of distribution leaders. Ashley's earlier roles at London Life included Manager of Sales Development, focusing on sales training and productivity, and Talent Development Specialist at London Health Sciences Centre, where skills in talent assessment and leadership development were honed. Prior experience includes roles at Info-Tech Research Group, where Ashley implemented a comprehensive talent management program, and Mosaic Sales Solutions, managing recruitments for corporate hires and sales professionals.
