Camila Escobar

Camila Escobar currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and National Vice President of Placement at Gallagher since February 2018, where responsibilities include leadership of commercial strategies and business development. Previously held the position of Commercial Manager at Itaú Colombia and managed New Business and Renewals at Aon, where Camila developed value-added proposals and benchmarking for various industries. Early career experience includes roles at RSA as Key Account Manager and at Marsh, where strategic operations were defined at a national level. Camila holds a Specialist degree in Insurance Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Law degree from Universidad de Caldas. Notable achievements include the establishment of the Placement area for the coffee region and successful management of complex claims across various insurance sectors.
