Chris Conner

Chris Conner has a diverse background in finance and compensation. Chris is currently working at Gallagher as the Director of Variable Compensation. Prior to that, they held a role as the Lead Sales Compensation Consultant at Gallagher. Before joining Gallagher, Chris worked at U.S. Cellular as an Incentive Strategy Manager and as a Lead Incentive Operations Analyst. Chris also gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at BP and as a Senior Treasury Analyst at Rock-Tenn Company.

Chris Conner has obtained a MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Chris also holds a BA in Economics from Furman University.
