Jay Eshelman

Jay Eshelman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of M&A at Gallagher since January 2004, where responsibilities include identifying and purchasing leading insurance brokerage firms and overseeing their integration. Previous roles at Gallagher include President of Small Business, Personal Lines, & Affinity, and Regional President for the Central US, as well as Area President for Oklahoma. Prior to Gallagher, Jay served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Tulsa Epages, and as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP. Jay holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Management from the University of Oklahoma.
