Jes Bickhart

Jes Bickhart is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in product development, entrepreneurship, and film and television. Currently serving as a Product Owner for Corporate Functions at Gallagher, Jes is focused on building AI-driven tools for the insurance industry. As an Entrepreneur in Residence at Prosperum Fintech Holdings, Jes is also developing AI-driven solutions for private equity and family offices. Jes founded and serves as CEO of Spectacle, which produces the annual Yuletide holiday festival in Pennsylvania. Previously, Jes founded and led Minnow, a service that consolidated streaming platforms into one interface, raising significant venture capital. Jes's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Film & TV Development at Gidden Media LLC, where Jes developed projects for notable films and worked closely with industry veterans to establish a successful production slate. Jes holds a Bachelor of Science in Film Production from Loyola Marymount University and completed high school at The Haverford School.
