Laurel Ziegler

Laurel Ziegler serves as the Chief Global Sales Operations & CRM Leader at Gallagher since March 2023 and is a Founding Partner and Principal Consultant at Digital Tractor, a firm focused on customer relationship management and subscription management operations. With a career spanning over two decades, Laurel has held significant roles including Global Head of CRM at DLL, Global Director of Enterprise CRM at TE Connectivity, and Director of CRM for Institutional Business at TIAA, driving CRM strategy and execution across various organizations. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Lutron Electronics, Apple Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers, contributing to CRM implementations and project management on a global scale. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University and has pursued coursework toward a Certificate in Financial Planning at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
