Lisa Green

Lisa Green is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in training and development within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Specialist for Gallagher since February 2022, Lisa previously contributed to CooperVision as an HR Systems Training Specialist, focusing on global training and change management for HR systems. With a strong background at Paychex, Lisa held multiple roles including Online Services Support Supervisor and Training Manager, where leadership in employee development and training initiatives was evident. Earlier career highlights include roles at Insight & FirstEnergy as a Training Consultant, Xerox as an Implementation Manager, and SouthTrust Bank as a Computer Based Training Specialist. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Birmingham-Southern College and a Master of Arts from the University of Richmond, both in English Language and Literature.
