Melissa Hatch

Melissa Hatch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and client services. Currently serving as a Principal and Sr. Account Manager at Gallagher since 2008, Melissa focuses on delivering best-in-class service models and infrastructure for global technology solutions. Prior to Gallagher, Melissa held various principal roles at Buck, where responsibilities included client retention and new business development for a significant book of business, as well as spearheading a turnaround for a major multi-service client. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at ADP, where Melissa contributed to the development of health and welfare services and managed large teams. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
