Michelle Bree

Michelle Bree has extensive work experience in the financial services sector. Michelle started their career at Accenture in 2008 as an Analyst and worked their way up to become a Manager, specializing in project management, change management, and corporate strategy formulation. In 2015, they joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Programme Manager, focusing on underwriting and distribution. In 2016, Bree moved to Pen Underwriting UK, where they held various roles including Head of Operations, Director of Operations, and finally Chief Operating Officer. Michelle joined Gallagher in 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer for the UK Retail Division. Bree has a strong background in operational leadership and strategy formulation.

Michelle Bree attended the University of Galway from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce International degree with a focus on French. In 2005, they also completed an Erasmus program at KEDGE Business School. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Studies degree in Corporate Strategy and People Management at the University of Galway. In 2011, Michelle obtained a certification as a Certified Member of the Project Management Institute from the Project Management Institute.
