Nita Petry is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits consulting industry, with extensive experience at Gallagher since 1997, culminating in the role of Regional President for the Northwest after serving as Executive Vice President for the West Region. Nita has a proven track record of leading teams that support over 1,000 companies, leveraging the expertise of more than 150 benefit specialists across six locations in the northwest. Prior to Gallagher, Nita served as VP of Sales & Marketing at The Reppond Company, which was recognized as a top-tier consulting practice before its acquisition by Gallagher. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager of Employee Benefits & Sales at Conover Insurance and as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Nita holds a business degree from Yakima Valley College and is licensed in multiple insurance areas including Property, Casualty, Life, Disability, and Travel.
