Sarah Sherlock

Sarah Sherlock is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Regional HR Operations Leader for EMEA & APAC at Gallagher since February 2018, Sarah has held various roles including Global HR Project Manager and Head of HR Service Delivery. Prior to Gallagher, Sarah spent nearly 14 years at Essex County Council, progressing from Committee Officer to Senior HR Consultant, while also contributing as a Learning & Development Consultant. Sarah's career began at Clarks Shoes, where the role of Kids Department Manager was undertaken. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Southampton.
