Scott’s career at Covance, spanning from 1997 to 2012, included roles such as Head of International Benefits and Senior Global Rewards Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing comprehensive benefits strategies across numerous countries. Scott holds a Baccalaureus Technologiae Degree in Human Resources Management from The Cape Technikon and a Matric from Edgemead High School.
