Tamarah Saif

Tamarah Saif currently serves as the National Managing Director of People Development & Insights at Gallagher, focusing on bridging barriers to organizational growth through comprehensive data analysis and strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Tamarah held the position of SVP of Human Resources at CorePower Yoga, managing HR and DEI functions for over 10,000 employees across multiple states. As VP of Human Resources at Charlotte's Web, Tamarah was instrumental in achieving BCorp certification by enhancing talent practices. Previous experience includes serving as VP of People at Green Chef, where initiatives improved employee engagement, and as Senior Director of Recruiting at Emergency Medical Associates, overseeing physician talent acquisition. Tamarah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
