Therese Jaramilla, MSHRM, is a Senior Recruiter at Gallagher since August 2022, focusing on recruitment needs for Carrier Data Services and supporting Executive Search. Prior to this role, Therese served as a Senior Sourcer at Uber, building candidate pipelines for various positions and conducting assessments for mid- to senior-level roles. Experience also includes working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional at Reyes Holdings, where high-volume recruitment for multiple business units was accomplished, as well as serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Sears, overseeing recruitment for corporate and management positions. Therese began as an intern at Mariano's, where promotion to Manager of People Services occurred, ultimately leading to a strong foundation in talent acquisition.
