Valerie Wolcott

Valerie Wolcott is an experienced professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Early Talent Relationship Manager, Lead at Gallagher since July 2021, where Valerie oversees the hosting of approximately 450 sales interns annually. Previously, Valerie held the position of Early Talent Relationship Manager for the Central Region at Gallagher and worked at Apex Systems from June 2013 to July 2021 as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter, engaging in business-to-business sales and advising clients on staffing solutions in the IT and Telecommunications sectors. Valerie began their career as an Agency Recruiting Intern at COUNTRY Financial® and gained early experience as a Resident Assistant during their studies at Illinois State University, where Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration. Additionally, Valerie has international experience from Uppsala University.
