Nicolas Caullier

Nicolas Caullier currently serves as an Asset Manager at Arthur Loyd France since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas accumulated extensive experience at SNCF Immobilier from September 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing a tertiary asset portfolio of 60,000m², leading a maintenance team, and overseeing a €6M annual OPEX budget. Nicolas also acted as a regional fire safety correspondent, conducting audits of tertiary and industrial buildings and providing national training on fire safety.
