Patrick la Guerche

Patrick La Guerche holds extensive experience in various roles, prominently as Président of CPME Charente since March 2017, advocating for the interests of small and medium enterprises in the Charente region. As the founder of Arthur Loyd Charente since January 2006, La Guerche specializes in commercial and enterprise real estate, assisting investors and entrepreneurs. Additionally, La Guerche serves as a member of the board and finance committee for Réseau Entreprendre Poitou-Charentes, supporting emerging business leaders. Previous roles include being an expert in real estate appraisal from 2008 to 2016, as well as a legal director in the banking sector from 1977 to 2005. La Guerche's educational background comprises law studies at the Universities of Bordeaux and Poitiers.
