Rachel Jackson

Rachel (Ward) Jackson currently serves as the Deputy Director for Founder Initiatives at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel spent eight years at the CDC Foundation, where responsibilities evolved from Senior Advancement Officer to Director of Program Operations for Infectious Disease Programs. Additional experience includes a Senior Associate Director of Development position at The Nature Conservancy and Vice President for Business Development & Operations at Carter Consulting, Inc. Rachel began her career in consulting and public service with roles at McKing Consulting and the New Jersey Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, as well as an internship at AID Atlanta. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree from Emory University.
