James Burgum

James Burgum is a founder and Venture Partner at Arthur Ventures. Prior to Arthur Ventures, James was a founding team member of the North Dakota Trade Office, a public-private partnership that assists North Dakota companies in international business expansion. James began his career working in North Dakota’s Office of the Governor where he focused on economic development initiatives. James holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. In addition to Arthur Ventures, James serves on the board of Arthur Companies.
