Elizabeth Freedman is an experienced professional in event management and hospitality, currently serving as the Catering and Event Sales Manager at Infusion Tea since September 2019 and as a Wedding Assistant at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons since December 2019. With a history at Arthur's Creative Events & Catering since 2007, Elizabeth has advanced from a Captain/Server to an Assistant Event Designer, demonstrating effective leadership and coordination skills for events of various sizes. Previous roles include Associate Account Manager at ADP, Client Experience Director at Morgan Hunter Desserts, and Operations Manager at RW Events, among others. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College.
