Our work is structured around three complementary areas:

Cultural Activation – We activate cultural heritage by connecting institutions, communities, enterprises and territories, generating new opportunities for participation, collaboration and sustainable development. This approach also led to the creation of You4Heritage, our digital platform for civic participation and fundraising for cultural heritage.

Heritage Continuity – We explore how organisations preserve and strengthen their identity throughout growth, innovation and generational change. This research has led to the development of AICA – ARTI Identity Continuity Assessment, a framework designed to evaluate the factors that contribute to organisational identity and long-term continuity.

Identity & Growth – We support family businesses, historic brands, manufacturing companies and cultural organisations in transforming identity into a strategic asset for sustainable growth, resilience and long-term competitiveness.
