Jimmy Timmons

Jimmy Timmons has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jimmy most recently worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Artica since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Better.com from December 2020 to April 2022. During their time at Better.com, they created an internal application for housing agent and customer data and processed tens of thousands of leads. Jimmy utilized Typescript, React, and GraphQL for this project.

Before joining Better.com, Jimmy worked at delivery.com where they held two roles. From March 2020 to December 2020, they served as a Lead Frontend Developer, responsible for developing and overseeing the responsive web application using React, Redux, Sass, and Webpack. Jimmy also ensured code quality through reviews and style guides. From October 2017 to March 2020, they worked as a Frontend Developer on delivery.com's consumer-facing web application using the same technologies.

Prior to delivery.com, they were a Senior Software Engineer at WorkWave from September 2016 to October 2017. Jimmy worked on the full-stack development of the PestPac SAAS application using JavaScript, SQL, C#, and Classic ASP. Jimmy developed new features and collaborated with the product team for roadmap planning. Jimmy also worked as a Software Engineer at WorkWave from May 2015 to September 2016.

Jimmy's career began as an IT Consultant at RTP Environmental Associates, Inc. from May 2013 to March 2015.
